Do I need technical skills to use CX-Flux?

How does the assistant learn about my business?

You supply your documents: your FAQ, pricing, procedures, catalogue, opening hours. It reads them and uses them to reply precisely. The more information you give it, the better its answers.

Will my customers know they're talking to an assistant?

That's your choice. You can present the assistant under your brand with a custom name and greeting. You also decide when you'd prefer it to identify itself as an automated assistant.

What happens if a request is too complex?
